When you submit the form above, your browser sends your selected company and reference number directly to bill.pitc.com.pk, the official electricity billing portal operated by Pakistan’s Information Technology Company (PITC) on behalf of the country’s distribution companies. Chief Consultant Pakistan does not intercept, store, or log this information anywhere on our own servers. We simply route your request to the correct company specific page based on which DISCO you select, since each company uses its own URL path on the shared PITC system.
Because your bill opens in a new browser tab connected directly to the official government hosted billing system, you can always verify you are looking at genuine, unmodified bill data rather than a third party copy. What to Do If Your Reference Number Doesn’t Work
Occasionally a search returns no result or an error page. This is almost always one of the following issues, not a fault with the tool itself.
Wrong Company Selected
Reference numbers are specific to the DISCO that issued them. A LESCO reference number will not return a result under GEPCO or any other company. Double check which company actually supplies your address.
Extra Characters or Spaces
The reference number field only accepts exactly 14 digits. Remove any dashes, spaces, or letters that may have been included when copying the number from your bill.
An Outdated Reference Number
